They give us a chance to focus on improving targeted areas, focusing on strength, flexibility, pain points, and personal goals. If you have aspirations to be the best version of yourself, private 1:1’s are the way to achieve those goals!

My training style is supportive, form-focused, and highly individualized. I emphasize proper mechanics, balance, and stability while building strength safely and progressively. Whether we’re improving movement after an injury, working on balance and coordination, or building strength, every session is tailored to your goals and designed to help you move with confidence.
