Helping people discover how strong and capable their bodies can be is what inspires me most about being a personal trainer. For me, fitness is more than workouts—it’s a way of living. I’m passionate about staying active, caring for my body, and bringing that same mindset to the clients I work with. I’ve been doing this for over 20 years and still love seeing clients discover what their bodies are capable of. As a trainer, I continue to educate myself by attending workshops and learning new techniques so I can bring the most effective training methods to my clients.
My coaching style is positive, motivating, and patient. Workouts include a mix of strength training, HIIT, and functional exercises designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall fitness. I also emphasize healthy habits that support long-term health and an active lifestyle. Each session is personalized to support individual goals while creating workouts that are both effective and enjoyable. I’ve learned that consistency, encouragement, and smart training are the keys to lasting results.
