About

Brad is an experienced group fitness instructor with more than 10 years of coaching experience across a wide variety of fitness formats. His background includes teaching at LA Fitness, where he led cardio, strength, and specialty classes while earning multiple instructor certifications as part of a management role. Growing up as both a swimmer and dancer, Brad developed a lifelong passion for movement and enjoys bringing creativity and variety into every class he teaches. He has experience leading participants of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels, always offering modifications and coaching to help everyone feel successful. Having previously worked at Disney, Brad brings an upbeat, engaging personality that helps create a welcoming and enjoyable class environment. Whether he's leading an energetic cardio workout or a calming yoga class, his goal is for participants to leave feeling accomplished, motivated, and excited to come back.

They give us a chance to focus on improving targeted areas, focusing on strength, flexibility, pain points, and personal goals.
