Hi! I'm Adrienne, a yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience helping people reconnect with their minds and bodies through movement, breath, and energy healing. My approach combines gentle yet strengthening yoga with mindfulness and holistic healing techniques to help you reduce stress, build strength, improve flexibility, and feel your best.
Private Sessions
Every session is personalized to meet you where you are. Together we'll focus on improving strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being through yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement. I also incorporate Reiki and other healing modalities when appropriate to help reduce stress, restore balance, and support your physical and emotional wellness.
Training Style
My teaching style is calm, encouraging, and intuitive. I create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can move at your own pace while gently challenging yourself to grow. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, my goal is to help you leave every session feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.
Energy
My energy is calm, grounded, and supportive, while still carrying a sense of motivation and momentum. I believe in creating a meaningful burst of energy, enough to spark focus, movement, and engagement. Followed by intentional space to replenish, restore, and reconnect with ourselves and what we’ve just been focusing on. It’s about finding a rhythm between activation and restoration: encouraging growth and forward movement without losing connection to the self.
Music
I like to share both upbeat and calming music tailored to the flow of class. I play a mix of modern pop, re-mixed and classic 70's, dreamy, atmospheric, with indie/electronic and alternative influences. A blend of a few styles. Mixing it up even with some reggae and country influences. I love making new playlists for classes. I take requests too.
