I’m a former Olympian and Division I athlete with a professional background in track and field. I hold a B.S. in Sports Science Management from Clemson University, am NCSF and CPR certified, and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. I also work as a sports lifestyle model, bringing a well-rounded perspective on performance, movement, and athletic presentation. Outside of training, I enjoy cooking, reading, and playing Dungeons & Dragons because balance, creativity, and strategy matter both in and out of the gym.
My training style focuses on functional movement and strength building, with a strong emphasis on mobility. Sessions are designed to improve how your body moves in everyday life while building sustainable strength, reducing injury risk, and supporting long-term performance.
I bring high energy to every session, but I also get that some days have been long and you just want to get the workout done. Whether we’re chatting and having fun or fully locked in and focused, the goal is the same we’re going to get quality work in and have a good time doing it.
I love all kinds of music, so don’t be surprised if a country song or two comes on. That said, most sessions are powered by hip-hop, pop, and alternative to keep the energy up and the workout moving.
